ok i don't really want to bitch around f****'n look stupid. but yes i am here today blogging in the middle of the f****'n mid-night. why you ask? it is because something crappy came inside my mind that i definitely have to write.(people if you are not fuc**'n used in cursing then you will never be able to live with me, which i know you would not want to fuc**'n do.)

today i just realized that it has been almost three weeks since i erased messages in my phone.(inbox, outbox, and the freaki'n sentbox) my inbox for today is (i was freki'n getting crazy for looking for my phone then i realized i was lying on top of it.) 607ish, my outbox is a modest number of 19, and my sentbox is 175(the phones sent box has automatic delete, it erases messages that are 1 week-1 month old)
and the other night (10/18/11) my unread messages reached the record of 98ish unread messages. (beaten my old 67 record)

his past few days i'm becomming very fond of fanfiction.net and youtube (ff.net- harry potter yaoi fanfic(slash) last time three weeks ago i read a yugioh one, youtube almost anything, but mostly about MCR) today i find it addictive to find infos about the phelps twins.(influenced by a twinslash fanfic)

i haven't taken my finals yet because remittances will be sent on monday(in california).

why is my life so stupidly, motherf****'n beati'n the sh**ed bi*** outta me?

Week 7: Dimentors(bwahahahaha)

Montage

This week our professor Ms. Anna Kagaoan gives us a project with pictures called a Montage. Well I don't know what a montage is, but since my prof. said that it is a lot like a collage. I made a collage with a butterfly image. 

The image is well, not organised since I modeled it after my mind. A little dis-organized but remembers the good things clearly. But it doesn't mean I forget bad things easily.

This image have pictures of my family, friends, food, places I have been, and my favorite anime(yaoi). These are the pictures and things that makes me happy. While the butterfly symbolizes my dreams and plans. 

Week 6: Junjou soundtrack

This week my professor gives us a project about making a video, made of pictures and music only. She said we should use a song that inspires us, and make it the sound track of of our life.

I choose the song "kimi = hana"  by pigstar(correct me if I'm wrong). English translation "you = flower". It is the opening theme of the first season of one of my most favorite yaoi anime Junjou Romantica. It has these really inspiring lyrics about love(even if there is no I love you in the lyrics), devotion, being strong and holding on. It also have a very good sound.

Week 5: Video video video....

OK...good day to the people nice enough to look or rather view my blog. And please when you read my blog do not forget to comment positive or negative I'll accept them.

Today I will talk about the video my group made. The theme was perseverance(really). The song we used for this project is "Sing" a My Chemical Romance original song. Only we used the glee cover.

This are my favorite lyrics from the music that we used. To me it meant, say what is on your mind, even if others won't care atleast some will listen, and might follow. PERSEVERANCE. That is a word that is hard to follow or do. Because people (like yours trully..) usually FLUNK, SUNK or DROP rather than persevering. 

But people, if you look at it this way, "Is persevering all about reaching the top and making others proud or happy? Or it still have a lot of things unexplored?" 

Well, to me it means more than just succeeding proffessionally. That is not the first thing WE should succeed in. First we should succeed in our personal life. "What is your Proffessional life is for, if you are not even happy?" We should try to LIVE first, before we try to become somebody. We should first find ourselves." We should live to the fulest before other things.

"We are not yet finished, not yet in the middle, we are still in the beginning." so why hurry to  be somebody now? We should not set aside our time for learning. We shall not be afraid of mistakes. Then we can truly persevere.

What is Plagiarism? It is an act of Illegally copying work of someone else without giving the creator/author credit. And believe it or not we students do that a lot of times. Yes it is wrong but it really happens that we do it(unintentionally/ intentionally)

Yes. It is illegal, I admit when in High school I did it a lot of times. Because I didn't know the Word PLAGIARISM back at the time. I learned it when I was in third year, fourth quarter. But now that I know about it, I certainly won't do it. That is why I put the places where I get information in the blogs I wrote. (I certainly DON'T want any freaki'n lawsuites)

True plaigiarism is a part of a student's early life, but we shoudn't make a habit of it. We should keep in mind that the people who created those works, worked really hard just to make them, they researched night and day and had sleepless nights. Then when it gets published, we student's just copy paste it?  I bet if they knew it they will get really upset. So now that we know about plagiarism, let's just work hard making our own papers or just put the names of the people who made what we used in the credits.^.^

Week 3: The long lazy song

Well a very rainy week people this is Jem and I will be your host for today.

 This past week we celebrated the National heroes day and for the Muslims the Eid ul fitr(end of the Ramadan), these holidays actually happened the same week which resulted to a very long week end (from Saturday-Tuesday...But in our case it last until Wednesday...because there are no classes) all I can say is that it has been a very boring week. I cannot go swimming because of the Tropical storm Mina. I tried to go to the Mall last Saturday but I ended up going back home soaking wet with a broken umbrella.

The effects of the Extra long week end to me. I've never had a more boring week. I swear I lived a very virtual life the past week. I only left my laptop when it's time to go to church for worship, choir practice, meetings and parties(socializing as we call it.). the rest of the time I  was in front of my computer.

Then classes came and I felt like me head is still on vacation.

Week2: A day of arts and Language........

Last Friday August 26 2011, We celebrated the "Linggo ng Wika". A celebration for the Filipino Language, and it's richness.

All I can say is that. "The whole day is full of Artistry, love of the language and full of Lies." Well I can't always state only the positive parts. Sometimes I need to say the PAINFUL negative. I did not say that quotation to discriminate. I just want to state my opinion. Because every single thing most of the contestants of the Extemporaneous speaking have said are just so freakin' idealistic. Well there is one that really appealed to me (the representative of the CITHM if I'm not mistaken) because she knows how to manipulate her words and she didn't choose any side between Filipino and English. But the others, I really find it hard to believe. Why in the love of all that is human did one of the contestants discriminate the usage of English in transactions with others(local or international). Well If I can go up there I'll tell her "Because girl, some of them don't really know how to speak our language. They rely on the universal one. And the fact that it is impolite to talk to others in a language they do not understand(and they might think we are bad mouthing them, it may lead to a unsuccessful deal)." And why the hell did one of them asked why do the Filipino workers have to work abroad? Well, use commonsense it's not the persons fault, It also brings pain and shame to the man or woman cause he or she is not doing his or her thing for his or her country for the sake of his or her starving family.  For a while while listening to speeches with the same flow I actually thought "Hey if I saw you guys in abroad someday, get ready for an awesome trash talk."(but I won't do that. I respect their opinions. and I won't even remember their faces anyway.)  I also can't understand some speech of other contestants, but I think there are some good or rather well said speeches.

Now lets move on to the real topic shall we. What did I and my classmates did for the celebration. Well we made a booth about classic filipino movies. By the way almost all of our decors are hand made. even the c.d holders the only decoration not made by us are the curtains, but we are the ones who shaped it by using thumb tacks and pins.

I really like the singer who performed two classic opm songs, she have a great vocal power and control. I also like the dance performances. but for me the highlight of the day is The pageant. I like the outfits the candidates worn. The filipiniana outfits of the girls really are remarkable. some are over the top some are a little bit ordinary but still good. My favorite outfit was the outfit of the CCS representative(if I'm not mistaken) the violet backless crisscross strap gown. It is not too much not too less. my second favorite is the white one with pink details. Very simple design but a little too large skirt, while in the boys side, there is one who dared to wear an ethnic costume(shocking really, and it's such a cold day I tought "Isn't he feeling cold in that outfit?")

All and all it's been a good day. And please, I do not want to discriminate or be bias to anyone. I'm just stating my opnion. I don't want to offend others and I do not want to hurt others.

Week 1: Emerald city's MIDnight TERMination....

Hello there everybody here's your deluded host for tonight.... Janelle Emerald Hermosa Gonzales...tonight I'm here to tell you what happened in the last first half of the semester.
Yeah how fast midterm is already over...I'm happy to tell you that I already saw two of my grades I am really dissapointed with the my grade in one of those two (honestly I literally told myself while looking in the mirror the next morning after I woke up... "DARN you...Is that the best you can do? Why don't you F#$%ing do better next time b!@#...") if you are going to ask me which subject it is I'll just say it is a four letter clipped word starting with M and ending with H. But I'm also pretty proud to tell you that I passed my other subject.

Well midterm has been stressfull and at the same time fun. I really felt challenged, and at the same time happy because hey I survived it. I also had fun, I have new friends, I had fun times this past months.

Good day or noon or night to anyone who will read this blog post. Yes, as you can see I feel a little energetic today (so obvious in the title...) this is because I feel a little irritated a little while ago. Sorry about that.

Now I'm here in front of your monitors to talk(yes I mean talk) about new media. We the new generation are now out with the old and in with the new. Yes, let me ask something. Can anyone tell me if they still have a black and white T.V or another which can only play Silent movies?(correct me if I'm wrong...I think I just said "silent movies" watched in T.V?) Well see. Now we use Colored or Flat screen T.Vs. now radios are not those large(bigger than an infant) box. They are now compact or built in phones. Now we don't need Mr. post man or go to a very long journey to send urgent messages. We use phones or e-mails. We upgraded

Yes true a lot of things had already and will change. For example years(ages) ago there were no T.Vs no radios no internet no facebook no twitter no laptops no phones no gadgets no p.s.ps  no p.s1 or 2 or 3, just plain paper, stick or cave.  For us people from this century it means "WTF!!! I cannot live like that WHAAAAAA!!!!"(screams like a girl who just saw the end of her life coming) Yeah it's true some people will think that if they were like overreacting. But hey face the fact that they(our ancestors) lived just fine with those darn simple technologies.(I think I just contradict my title...)

But sometimes (sorry for the bad language) CRAP and I mean CRAP happens. Like this afternoon maybe 4:00 or 4:30 pm my Corby 2 theme download failed five times in a row.(maybe it's just me, my skills or my computer just couldn't decode it.) And our  crappy DVD player turned off on it's own while I'm watching Pak Pak my Dr. kwak.(not kidding) The thing really needs to rest. (that's why my mood sucks right now)

Well due to this new media lots of bad things (crap) happens. Specially on the net. For example: Prostitution, Fetish vids etc. are distributed illegally. And scams and other crime happens...

In conclusion New Media have good and bad effects. We just have to choose which side are we on...
(p.s. in the two hours I spent writing this blog while watching youtube and googleing photos (8: something to 10:13) lots of babies have been born in the top 3 most populated countries, lots of children died from hunger in Africa, and the fact that I haven't eaten dinner is starting to kick in. Which are all sad facts, except for the last one.)

Good one...

Last Tuesday, we watched two videos about the development of communication by using the Internet.
one is information about surveys in different sites in the Internet. While the other is a comparison of the Internet and ice creams.

It's really great for me to hear about progress in Internet usage. It is nice to hear that many people are connected, there is progress. It really is amazing how the first video introduced us facts about the virtual world. About how many is using which sites. How much information are stored. I also like how the second video compared the Internet communication with an ice cream town, where people not just big companies or small businesses can make ice cream, which means also to comparison, all people can use the net for communication.

It really is nice to see how progress is building up. And it is really good to see how people all-over the world follows.

Choose One

Ok this week our topic is about Mediocrety vs. Exellence. Well since I was absent this last few days i have no idea what this means. But now I will explain this by my own opinion or point of view.

For me both of those things exist in a person. It is just up to the person which among the two shall he or she choose. MEDIOCRE for me that means useless, low quality or worthless. I bet no one in the world would want to be called that. Who would want to be called "Worthless"? but as painfull as it sounds "it exist in us" weather you like it or not, it does. Even if you hate it, it does...But you as a person with pride and feelings must change that and make it into exellence.

EXELLENCE. It is a word that means great, well made or done, something with worth. It is also a word that is hard to achive. But still it exist in everyone. All we have to do is choose a way or work a way to show it...

Stop the Crushing!

Today exactly 11:42 pm I just heard something awfully disheartening and very disrespectful to the side of animals and animal welfare supporters. "The animal crush fetish videos" or rather just "An abusive way of torturing  and killing innocent animals" is selling like pancakes in the net... This is such a stupid way of killing animals for earning money. And the worst part is that the people responsible for this crime are not yet apprehended.

For me as a supporter of animal rights and as an animal lover, this is just so inhumane, not in the side of humans but for the animals. Imagine how it must feel when you are minding your own business maybe in a pet store, beside your mother in a vacant lot or in a rabbit farm, then suddenly these people came, bought you and then they take you to a remote area, then they start stomping and kicking you, or cutting off your ear, tearing your skin off or even worse, burn you alive?

It's just so dumb. That is just so out of it. Have we sank that low? These teen age girls who kills and tortures these poor animals just for a little or maybe a huge amount of money, these people who use these girls' weakness to earn for a living. Do they have conscience? I know how poverty feels, I have been there. I know how it feels to see my parents cry because they can't give what we need. I know how it feels to cry because it is exams and you can't take it because you haven't paid your tuition fee. I know how it feels to swallow your pride because you have to talk to the school principal to let you take the exam even if you haven't paid the tuition fee. And I know how to feel pain but I don't tell it to my family because I know I'll just add to the problems. But to sink that low and to engage in a job as disrespectful as that? I can't even think about it. It's the same as prostitution.

If only people just used their sense of imagination and creativity to think of something humane or legal to work with rather than going to the neighbor and go talking about someone else's life or sitting at home waiting for nothing. These animals and teen age girls  won't have to suffer. Because in the first place it is our choice, all of us have rights, even animals. And all of us are given a free brain and a conscience to think with.

The What is the Future?!

Ok last Friday our prof. The Beautiful Ms. Anna Kagaoan showed my classmates a video about the Future of Communication. The fact of the matter is I wasn't able to go to school this past Tuesday-Friday. Last Tuesday I was down with L.B.M. and then I felt my throat hurt last Wednesday at the same times as I was sitting in the throne. up until now I have sore tonsils and that sucks(i thought that my throat is just dry so I didn't drink any medicine immediately, until my grandma  took a look at my throat, yeah just like a little kid...). So I just watched It from the link that my friend Louina Beato send to me trough facebook chat.

Well all I can say to that video is "Whatintheworlwastha?(what in the world was that)" I don't want that kind of living. Who the hell would want their memories sold?(maybe some people do but I still don't). Also I would love to travel places in reality. Sure I love the virtual world, I like progress, I like easy trading using the net, I like to watch news there. But I don't want my reality, my Mp3, Ipod, radio, T.V, books and real expirience taken away. I love reality even if it's full of crap.

Sure I like an Easy Life, who doesn't? But I still want reality and the experiences it gives.

Last 15th of July, Friday is the deadline or rather our presentation in our CommTech preliminary exam each of the groups will show their works during class. Our group made this awesome Stop Motion presentation about The four Major Development and Evolution of Communication.

Well for me other groups have done a really good job in their presentations. Like the groups of kuya Andrew And kuya Arvie. I like their humorous way of presenting their ideas and the facts that they want us to know.

But I like the video made by kuya Andrews group the most. It have good narration, good graphics and a good story line and actors. for me it is the best(aside from ours of course...hehe^_^)...

Nice rainy day everyone. Here's your rock star wannabe student for a host today. I'm here today to share my life as a new college student. Being a student there are some simple things that makes my student life great and suck. Being a middle teen I have things in my mind that go out of hand like tantrums or somethings, but I also know how to control them. This time I'll tell you about what I think about traffic and what makes my life great.

The things that makes my day
Here's the list:
1)My family.
2)Having good friends.
3)Gadgets.(my cellphone, ipod shuffle, SLR camera, my mom's laptop).
4)Silver, black and jeweled accessories(real or not there's no preference).
5)Good scores in my quizzes(-.-)

Now here are the things that makes me go "WTF?"
1)bullying
2)TRAFFIC

Traffic the thing that students hate the most other than bullying. For me there are three types of traffic that makes my life a big mess. Traffic #1. The darn normal everyday kind of traffic. It sucks in a major level. Why? Because  it disrupts everyday activities and in my high school days it is the number one reason why I'm late almost everyday aside from waking-up late. It is also so troublesome, think about all the things you can do with the time you spend stuck in traffic. Think about the bad atmosphere that can be lessened between a boy and a girl when the boy came late to a date due to traffic.

Traffic #2. The life traffic. For me it is the type of traffic that makes the life less productive and makes a total waste time. It can be due to stress, family, school, friends and love problems. It is the build up of stress and tension in the mind that may affect the way you live your life. For example, when you go to church you gain spiritual enlightenment, but some people might use their time in doing stupid stuff like gambling and drinking. Also a bad "barkada" may also cause a freaking major traffic in your life because they might take you to a  bad phase in your life that may push you away from the right path that may delay you from getting what you want.
For short  this traffic is all about setbacks.

Traffic #3. Emotional traffic. A type of traffic that is related to traffic no.2 but this traffic might cause nervous breakdowns. It is a type of traffic that happens when negative emotions in one person piled up more than the person can handle. In this traffic ask help and try to unwind.
